CASA DELLE FIABE

Casa delle Fiabe is a 17th century farmhouse, beautifully restored and situated within the historic complex of Fattoria Cigliano di Sopra, surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. The house is 350 square metres spread over two floors. Access to the ground floor is via the main entrance in the courtyard, or through the other two entrances – one from the garden and one through the loggia. On the first floor, there is a living room with a fireplace and a bathroom (WC), a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom (shower/WC), a twin bedroom with a bathtub, another living room with a TV, a dining room, a kitchen and a laundry room. From the dining room, one can access the loggia, which is furnished with a large table for outside dining. It is also possible to dine on the lawn under a pergola covered with roses.

The kitchen is well-equipped; 5 gas rings, oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer and electric coffee machine. The kitchen opens on to the garden, making it very easy to eat outside.

On the second floor you will find two double rooms, both with an ensuite bathroom with shower/WC, one twin room and one double room with separate shower/WC. All the floors are terracotta. The garden is equipped with outdoor furniture, barbecue and deck chairs. The house has a splendid view over the surrounding countryside.
